• 1 package of tortillas, warmed
• sour cream
• cilantro, chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 - 7 oz jar roasted peppers, drained
• 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1/2 cup feta cheese
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt
