- ½ can of pizza sauce (I use store bought but you can make yours)
- half of Easy Pizza Dough Recipe (search for it on my website)
- 3 1/2 oz (100g) Sausage, sliced (use Chorizo if you feeling brave)
- 1oz (30g) Bacon Strips, fried
- ½ cup lactose free Mozzarella, shredded
- 1-2 medium size tomatoes, sliced
- loads of hot banana peppers, as many as you think you can take
- ½ cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sauteed
- little Basil or Parsley, chopped
- pinch of Pepper
