Ingredients: 2-3 lbs meat (cubed beef, chicken, pork, ribs, whatever); Probably want this to be mostly sweeter or smoked peppers; If using mostly "plain" paprika, spice it up with 0.5 t cayenne or 1 T Red Pepper flakes; 3 t salt; 3 t black pepper; 3 bay leaves; 3 onions, chopped; 3 cloves of garlic or 3 t garlic powder; 1 can tomato paste; 1 serving alcohol (can of beer, shot of rum, cup of wine, etc); Water; Finish 2 c Greek yogurt or sour cream 4 T flour ?? 2-4 T olive oil or butter ??; 2 c Greek yogurt or sour cream; 4 T flour; ?? 2-4 T olive oil or butter ??
