• 1 onion, halved
• 2 stalks celery
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each garlic powder and oregano
• 2 pkg (8 oz/225 g each) brick-style plain cream cheese
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
• 1 cup (250 mL) buffalo sauce
• 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled blue cheese, divided
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced
• Tortilla chips, pita chips and crackers
