Stracci di Antrodoco is similar to a cannelloni dish except for one thing - instead of pasta, you'll use crepe-thin frittatas

- 2-3 tbs Olive oil
- Pepper
- SAUCE :
- 1 c Passata
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 c Grana Padano grated
- Oil
