Ingredients

• 1 md Green pepper chopped
• 1 md Yellow bell pepper chopped
• 2 Stalks celery sliced
• 1 md Onion chopped
• 1 md Red onion chopped
• 4 Garlic minced
• 1 c Lentils
• 1 1/4 c Fat free vegetable broth
• 1/8 ts Powdered saffron OR
• 1/2 ts Ground turmeric
• 2 md Tomato seeded and chopped
• 1 c Frozen peas thawed
• 1/4 c fresh parsley Snipped
