• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon baking sodaFor the Frosting:
• 1/2 cup butter
• room temperature
• 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
• not liquid and runny
• 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
• 1/4 cup runny honey
• 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 tsp beet root powder
• Pinch of salt
