• 90ml lime juice (about 3 limes)
• 5 tbsp vegetable oil
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp sweet rice wine (mirin)
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 scallions, greens and whites, minced
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
