• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 400 g sausages
• 120 g bacon, chopped
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

• 150 ml chicken stock
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 g dark muscovado sugar
• 3/10 tbsp chopped curly parsley
• 3/10 tbsp ground coriander
• 3/10 tsp oregano
• 2 bay leaves
• 400 g butter beans
• 5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
