• 1 tablespoon of sour cream
• Handful of coleslaw
• Small handful of coriander - roughly chopped
• 1/2 lemon
• 2 tablespoons of cooked white rice
• 1/2 avocado - smashed
• 25g of tasty cheese - grated
• Chipotle sauce
• 1 ribeye fillet
