Chocolate Coconut Pecan Pie - Diamond Nuts

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
• 3-5 tablespoons of ice cold water
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup light or dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted (see Notes)
• 1 cup bittersweet or dark chocolate chips
• 2 cups Diamond of California Shelled Pecans
