• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• ***For the coconut glaze:***
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• sweetened shredded coconut, to taste, for topping
