- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, plus more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, plus more to taste
- 1 cup (185g) defrosted frozen corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 cups diced yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Massel vegetable broth
- 1 (28oz/800g) can crushed tomatoes and their juices
- 1/3 cup (9g) chiffonaded fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Massel vegetable seasoning powder
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more to taste
