Ingredients

• 4 Garlic chopped
• 2 Scallions washed and sliced
• 2 Yellow onions chopped
• 1/2 c Crema creme fraiche or sour cream
• 1/2 c cilantro Chopped
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 2 Jalapeno chiles stemmed
• 4 Haas avocados Ripe, peeled
• 1 qt Chicken Stock
• 2 tb lime juice Freshly squeezed
• 2 Ears corn, fresh roasted
• 2 Italian Roma tomatoes
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 tb Creme fraiche or sour cream
• 1 tb Canola oil
