Ingredients
- 6 large Nanna Tate potatoes
- 2 nori sheets
- 4 tbsp of flaky sea salt
- sunflower oil, for frying
- 20g of honey
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 200ml of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of capers
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2 hake fillets
- 200g of plain flour
- 200g of cornflour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250ml of sparkling water
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1 handful of fresh rocket leaves, drizzled with olive oil
