  • sunflower oil, for frying
  • 20g of honey
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 200ml of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of capers
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 hake fillets
  • 200g of plain flour
  • 200g of cornflour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250ml of sparkling water
