Ingredients

• 4 live lobsters
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 shallots finely chopped
• 1 8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms sliced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 cups tomatoes diced
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/3 cup green onions chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
• 1 teaspoons creole or seafood seasonings
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 cup parmesan freshly grated
• 1 16 oz. pkg linguine cooked
• additional parsley & parmesan cheese
