Linguine with Lobster Sauce | Saveur

- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
- 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cups tomato puree
- 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cups tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> lb. dry linguine
