INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the stems from the artichokes and remove the hard outer leaves until you reach the inner softer leaves.

- Salt & pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 50 g kasseri cheese, grated
