Who hasn't tried falafel balls without meat that come from the Middle East? Usually main ingredient of these balls is chickpeas, but this time we made them from lentils.
Ingredients
- 250g green lentils Eurocompany99
- 1 leek
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- half a teaspoon of smoked red pepper
- half a teaspoon of garam masala (can be omitted)
- half a teaspoon of peppe
- olive oil
