- 2 cups dried, pitted prunes (about 8 ounces of fruit) 1 cup dried apricots 1 cup water 1 T. lemon juice 1/2 cup honey 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup sugar 1 T. butter 1 T. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg
- 1 6 oz. package of dried apricots 1/2 cup water 1/2 T. lemon juice 1/4 cup honey, or to taste
