• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tbsp light brown sugar
• 2-3 tsp ancho chile powder
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for the grill
• 4 (1 & 1/4- inch-thick) boneless rib-eye, New York strip or sirloin steaks (6-8 ounces each)
