• 1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and finely chopped

• 2 4-5 oz each TURKEY TENDERLOINS
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c mild honey
• 1/3 c brown sugar, packed
• 1 tbsp bourbon
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 Whole leaves fresh basil
