Rosehip-cheese cake with apples| Maintal

Ingredients

• 200 g of wholegrain shortbread biscuits
• 100 g of soft butter
• 5 small apples (approx. 620 g)
• 500 g cream quark (40% fat in dry matter)
• 200 g of whipped cream
• 250 g of sugar
• 2 package of vanilla sugar
• 1 1/2 packages of pudding powder “vanilla flavour” (suitable for cooking)
• 3 eggs (medium-sized)
• 4 tbsp. of Maintal Rosehip Preserve Extra
