• 1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, softened
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
• 1 egg
• Grated zest of 1 orange
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) flour
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) candied citrus peel
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) raisins
