• 300 gram orzo
• 400 gram ground chicken
• 1 eggplant
• 2 bell peppers
• 2 onions
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 chili or 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 700 ml chicken stock
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
• 100 gram feta cheese
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 15 gram parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
