Ingredients

• 1 avocado, skin and pit discarded
• 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• ½ lime, juice only
• Salt
• pepper
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
• 1 can (115 g) Gold Seal Wild Mackerel – Lemon & Peppercorn, drained
• 1 Roma tomato, sliced
• ⅔ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
• 2 fresh crusty buns, like a Portuguese bun or banh mi roll
