• 200g Greek Yogurt (full-fat for a creamy texture)
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Zest of 1 Lemon
• Juice of ½ Lemon
• 100g Unsalted Butter (softened)
• Pinch of Salt
• For the glaze
• 100g Icing Sugar
• 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 5 tbsp Water (to thin if needed)
• To decorate
• A handful of Naturya Dried Goji Berries (for sprinkling on top)
• Edible Flowers (optional, for a vibrant Easter touch)
