• 2 T vegetable oil
• 2 pounds stew meat
• 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed and broken into 1 inch pieces
• salt and pepper
• 1 large white onion
• 6 garlic cloves
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 T paprika
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup water
• 1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained
• 1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
• 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
• shredded cheddar cheese, chopped scallions, sour cream and chopped cilantro, for serving
