Ingredients

• 1 Sourdough Roll (or any medium size roll)
• 1 Red Onion, sliced
• 2 Chorizo Links, 1 Chopped into Chunks and 1 Crumbled without casing
• 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes (or to taste)
• 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
• 1 Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
• 1 Ball Queso de Oxaca (Can be substituted for Buffalo Mozzarella with some extra salt on top)
• 1/2 Avocado
• Lime Wedge
• 3 Slices of Romaine Lettuce
• 1 Tablespoon Pickled Onions (You can make ahead by Combining Red Onions, Lime Juice and Salt)
• 1 Tablespoon Pickled Jalapeños (Optional)
• 1 Radish sliced
• 1 Tablespoon Salsa Verde
