- 3 tbs canola or olive oil
- 2 cups chopped yellow onions
- 3 tbs diced garlic
- 1 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs garam masala
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tbs oregano
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbs pureed chipotle peppers From can - used peppers, not just the sauce
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 cans pinto beans 15 oz can
- 1 can black beans 15 oz can
- 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz can
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can tomato paste 12 oz can
