Mughlai Chicken recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 lemon juice
• Add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
• 1 ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
• 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
• 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
• ¾ Garam Masala Powder
• 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) (Dried Fenugreek leaves)
• Add a little water, close and cook for few minutes.
• Add in 1 pureed tomato
• 12 cashews
• ½ cup almonds (blanched and peeled)
• Add paste to the pot with 1 cup fresh cream. Simmer until done. Garnish with kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) and chopped green chillies.
