Ingredients

• 1 kilo Lean lamb mince
• 1 onion Finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves Crushed
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 egg Beaten
• 200 g Puck® Premium Feta Cheese
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp lemon zest Finely grated
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley Finely chopped
• 1 bottle vegetable oil for frying
• 1 Mint yogurt and cucumber salad To serve
