• 300 ml milk
• 50 g butter
• 2 tbsp dried yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 4 ½ cups plain flour
• 1 ½ tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 egg
• 2 mushrooms, stalks removed and thinly sliced
• Butter, to serve
