Ingredients

• 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend, optional
• for added flavor
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup lukewarm water
• Fustini's Garlic olive oil, for greasing the pan
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Garlic olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
• 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
• 8 to 12 ounces pepperoni, sliced 1/8" thick, optional
• 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
• 6 ounces cheddar cheese, diced into 1/2" cubes
