Ingredients

• 140 g plain flour
• 3 eggs
• 300 ml whole milk
• 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, plus 1 tbsp
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 375 g cumberland sausages
• 100 g tenderstem broccoli
• 1 leeks, cut into thick slices
• 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
• 600 ml chicken stock
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 20 g plain flour, (2 tbsp)
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 3 sprigs thyme
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
