- 500 grms of fresh or one canned of fresh jackfruit
- 1 medium size brown onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons of green curry paste
- 2 medium size carrot
- 200 grams of tender stem broccoli or similar type of greens
- 1 400 mls can or fresh coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- A few turns of black pepper to taste
