Ingredients

• 12 oz (340g) of sirloin steak, thinly sliced
• 8 oz (225g) of pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
• Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
