• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup plain flour
• ½ cup ground almonds
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup almond milk, or regular if preferred
• ¼ cup toasted flaked almonds
