• 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
• 100g fishcake (sliced)
• 1 small squid (sliced)
• 1 packet enoki mushrooms
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 1½ l chicken stock
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• A dash of white pepper
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 tbsp corn flour mixed with 4 tbsp water
