• 1 c grape tomatoes
• 1/2 red bell pepper,chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 c onion, chopped
• 2 c romaine lettuce
• 4 oz lean ground beef
• 2 T nutritional yeast
• 1/4 c plain greek yogurt
• 1/4 c + 2 T salsa
• 1-2 t Taco Seasoning
