Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pounds of boneless bottom round steak
• 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 chopped onion
• 4 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 2 cups of undrained and chopped tomato
• 2 cups of beef broth
• 2 teaspoons of italian seasoning
• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
