• 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped white onion
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped fresh garlic
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) flour
• 1 can (12 ounces/354 ml) evaporated milk
• 1 cup (113 g) shredded white American cheese
• 12 oz (340 g) processed cheese such as Velveeta®
• 1 cup (250 ml) original salsa
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Club House® Pure Ground Black Pepper
