Ingredients

• 2 cups half and half
• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 12 cups cinnamon raisin bread, crusts removed and cut into 1" cubes
• 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup heavy cream
