Saurkraut Balls recipe - from the The Howell Family Cookbook Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 2 lbs meat loaf mix or half hamburger and half sausage.
• 1 clove of garlic or garlic salt
• 1 minced onion
• 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1/8 tsp celery salt
• 1/2 teas red pepper seed
• 2 1/2 cups finely chopped saurkraut
• For mixture to roll balls in.
• Mix egg and water
• Flour
• Cracker Crumbs
