- 400g can butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 28g chicken stock pot
- 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt, plus extra to serve
- 300g roasted chicken, shredded
- Coriander leaves, optional, to serve
- 4 flatbreads, to serve, optional
- Basmati rice, to serve, optional
- Pinch salt
- 300ml water, for boiling
