Hawaiian Style Meatballs | Dole New Zealand

Ingredients

• 1½ C jasmine rice
• 300 g beef mince
• 300 g pork mince
• 1 clove of garlic crushed
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• ½ C panko breadcrumbs
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion sliced
• 1 red capsicum sliced
• 1 green capsicum sliced
• 1 zucchini sliced into half-moons
• ½ fresh pineapple chopped
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 3 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
• 1 C chicken stock
• 3 spring onions chopped
