Garlic Herb Chicken Kebabs – Duke's Mayo

Ingredients

• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 4 large mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
• 1 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
• 11/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 20 (6-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
