My Apple + Pear Galette features thinly sliced apples + pears, tossed in an aromatic blend of spices, baked to perfection and drizzled with caramel sauce!
Ingredients
- 2 apples (I used Fuji + Opal), very thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 1 pear (I used Bartlett), very thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 1 Meyer lemon, zested + juiced
- 1 T raw cane sugar
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t ground allspice
- 1 sheet of puff pastry dough, room temperature
- 2 T Southern Caramel Salted Caramel Sauce, for drizzling
