- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 ⁄ 2 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp sour cream or natural yoghurt
- 1 ⁄ 2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
