Spooky season is upon us and what better way to begin then with an absolute classic - A Black Forest Gateau but we're making it a little ghost

- 240g All Purpose Flour
- 227g Unsalted Butter
- 236ml Buttermilk
- 58g Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 300g Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Coffee
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Can Black Cherries in Light Syrup
- Kirsche
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 360g Unsalted Butter
- 750g Icing Sugar
- 300ml Double Cream
